The Idaho State University Outreach Center in Soda Springs has been a bridge between the community, high school students and the post secondary education system for the past ten years. The Outreach Center is located at 139 West Second South. on Highway 30. The Center offers a wide variety of educational services to individuals who are 16 years of age or older.
The Center is home to the Adult Basic Education Classes, Pre-GED testing, The Department of Labor Work First Classes and the link to the College of Technology's Special Program On-line classes..
In addition to the traditional services linking students to both the Academic and the College of Technology the Center offers:
- The Compass testing.
- Individualized instruction on computers and keyboarding classes.
- Math tutoring.
- Career, educational and personal counseling through the Center for New Directions.
- English as a Second Language classes.
We provide office and meeting rooms for several state agencies.

The office is open:
Wednesday and Thursday only from 10:00 - 2:00
CND Counselor on Wednesday only from 8:00 - 2:00
Adult Basic Education Classes are offered on Monday and Thursday Evenings from 5:00 - 7:00
