Nontraditional Occupations (NTO) for Women and Men
A nontraditional occupation is defined as an occupation in which one’s gender represents less than 25% of the workforce. The CND provides specialized counseling and mentoring, scholarships, and student networking groups for students in NTO programs. Additionally, CND sponsors the annual Women & Work Conference for women interested in employment in trades and technology. Call (208) 282-2454 for more information.
