Totally Anonymous (Current and Former Students). This is a survey for use by the program.  Data will be used internally as part of a larger data base to look at those factors that may affect student success in the program.  Many items are not quantifiable on retrospect so we are asking for your impressions.  Those impressions may be different, depending on whether you are a recent graduate or one who has been out working for some time.  This form is anonymous and given to you only after you have finished the program.  It cannot be used in any way to affect your grades or graduation.
