Career Fairs & Events
Spring Career Fair
Date and Time: February 19, 2013 from 9:00am – 3:00pm
Areas of Study Focus: Business, Engineering, Arts and Sciences
Location: Idaho State University, POND Student Union, Pocatello, ID
Cost: $140 per company, $10 for every representative beyond the first. $30 late fee if registering February 3 or later. Premium Tables are $250 per company (limited availability). All packages include breakfast snacks and drinks, lunch tickets, and drinks throughout the event.
Most students attending are graduating soon or are looking for internships. However, there are always some proactive students that attend for career exploration and planning.
The Career Center will not allow companies who only have summer sales positions to attend the Spring Career Fair. We do have an alternative package available for your company throughout the entire Spring semester if you would like to visit our campus and talk with students. If you are interested in more information about the Summer Sales Package, please contact Tara Smith at ridgtara@isu.edu or 208-282-2380
A Premium Table is located as one of the front tables when you enter the ballroom. Due to the location of the table, it is a high - traffic area where students will see your company’s advertisements easily. Tables are limited (4) and cost $250. If you are interested in securing a Premium Table please select that option when registering.
Registration: Go to the Bengal Jobs system. If you have ever registered for a Career Center event or listed a position for ISU, you will have a login and password. If you do not know your password, you can reset it by following the "Forgot your password?" link. You may also call our office for your username and password. If you are registering for the first time on our system, you will not be able to register for a Career Fair until we approve your registration (registration is usually approved within a few hours). Once you are registered, you will see a Career Events tab that you need to click on to register for the appropriate event.
