How are we doing?

Idaho State University cares about the service we deliver. Our employees, and our departments, care about their service to their individual customers. The ISU Cares Inititative is a customer service program started in 2009 to recognize ISU employees for their exemplary service. So far, we have recognized over 200 ISU employees for their exceptional skills.

3 - $1000 ISU Cares Customer Service Provider of the Year awards

8 - $100 ISU Cares Semester awards

192 - $15 ISU Cares monthly "Spot" awards

Please let us know how we are doing. To commend an ISU employee for their service or to let us know where we need improvement, click ISU Cares Survey. To see a list of sites where you can access the online survey or to see where we have the paper form of the survey, click locations.
