Parent-Child class is for ages 6-36 months and children must be accompanied by an adult in the water. Levels 1-6 for ages 3-14 will be available in each session (except parent/child class time).
All instructors are certified American Red Cross Water Safety Instructors, Water Safety Aides or Apprentice Instructors.
Level 1-6 classes are open to ages 3-14.
Register for classes in the Reed Gym Campus Recreation Office Rm. 242. Early registration for ISU affiliates will begin May 12th, weekdays only between the hours of 7:30am and 4pm, closed on holidays & weekends. Open registration for non-ISU affiliates will begin May 30th for any remaining slots.
Cost is $35.00 per child per session for ISU affiliates. Cost for non-ISU affiliates will be $45.00 per child per session.
Affiliate status applies to ISU Faculty, Staff, Students, Spouse & Alumni (with Alumni Card). A current Bengal Card or Alumni Card must be shown at time of registration. Affiliate Benefits apply to immediate family only (dependents, grandchildren or siblings).
Refunds will be given ONLY for complete withdrawal from session on a pro-rated basis. There will be no make-up classes offered for missed classes. There will be no refunds given past the second week without a physician’s recommendation.
