Rock Climbing and Mountain Biking in St. George, Utah

This ia an amazing opportunity to go rock climbing, mountain biking, hiking, geocaching, and hot spring soaking in the breathtaking red rock country of southern Utah. If climbing is not your thing, exploring the many scenic canyons provides a great day of hiking and/or mountain biking but mountain biking experience is a must. Mountain bikers must provide their own bike and helmet. Climbers must be able to belay and rappel without supervision. We will stop at Meadow Hot Springs on the way there and back. Sea kayaking in the sandstone region of Utah will be a beautiful chance to get away from the impending winter. There's a great campground with few crowds that we will be staying at. With sea kayaks we sould be able to explore some of the narrower regions of the lake. All boats will be provided. We will be back on Wednesday in time for Thanksgiving on Thursday.
