Each of our winners were recognized with a $15 Visa card courtesy of ISU Credit Union. We have updated our ISU Cares website to showcase all of our recent winners with a personal mini-bio and pictures. We would like everyone to learn more about each of our winners and why they were selected. When we choose our monthly winners, we look at all nominations sent in throughout the month, and choose those who exemplify excellent customer service. The customer service they are being recognized for needs to go above and beyond regular customer service. We also look to see if they have received an award before, how long ago if they have, and the quality of the nomination. We try to choose departments and individuals who have not been recognized in the past, so that we can commend as many ISU employees as possible. These individuals are committed to giving exceptional service which, in turn, inspired an individual to turn in an ISU Cares nomination commending them for their excellent service. We have had only a couple multiple recipients over the years and try to cover all departments and campus locations.
