ISU Recycling UPDATE!
It has been brought to the attention of ISU Recycling that
the City’s blue recycle bins on campus have been
contaminated with glass.
We have been asked to make faculty, staff, and students
aware of the problem. Glass in NOT recyclable in
Pocatello at this time. Please refrain from putting
glass into ANY recycle bin on campus.
Currently, there are only select sites on campus with the
City’s blue recycle bins. We are currently working
with the City Sanitation Department to determine if we
can fold ISU’s collection into the City’s. It must be
stressed that this option is not available to the
campus, as a whole, at this time.
