Dear Faculty and Staff,
As we move closer to establishing the ISU Faculty and Staff Diversity Center, the Advisory Council would like to provide an opportunity for interested faculty and staff to learn more about the Center and discuss their ideas with the Council members. We want this to be your center, one that meets the needs of our diverse community.
An informal information meeting is scheduled for Monday, May 12th, 1:30 to 3:00. The Center is located on the 3rd floor of the Early Learning Center building, where the Student Diversity Resource Center is located. Please note: The entry to the Center is from the 3rd floor of the Student Union building, just beyond the Snake River Room. There will be signs posted, as it’s a bit hard to find the first time!
Please join us! The Council members will talk about their vision for the Center, and provide information on the new Faculty Coordinator position (which includes a one-course release each semester). We want to hear about your ideas for the Center!
