Message Title: PIANO SALE in Music Dept.

Notice to all ISU Faculty, Staff, and Students:

GRANDS, UPRIGHTS, AND DIGITAL PIANOS FOR PUBLIC PURCHASE!

For the past year the ISU Music Department has had the benefit of using 30 new pianos and digital pianos loaned to our Music Department at no cost. These instruments are part of a national educational loan program that provides our students and faculty first-class, well-maintained instruments for teaching, practice, and performance. Kawai Corporation, Yamaha Corporation and The Piano Gallery have made this possible and we are proud to be a participant.

We are offering you the opportunity to purchase one of these pianos at a substantial discount from their retail value. The selection includes GRAND PIANOS, UPRIGHT PIANOS, and DIGITAL PIANOS. We need your support to perpetuate this agreement. All Music Department pianos used in this program will be offered to ISU faculty, staff, and students before being offered to the public. All instruments are professionally maintained and carry full factory warranties. There will also be a large selection of other new and used grand, upright, digital and player pianos all substantially discounted. There will also be a selection of restored Steinway and Bosendorfer pianos available. Special interest-free financing O.A.C, and delivery are available through The Piano Gallery.

This notice is going first to ISU faculty, staff and students so that you have first priority to view these pianos by private appointment. Appointments can be made for Thursday, May 15 and Friday May 16, with a public sale on Saturday, May 17. Please call 232-5335 for a private appointment to view these pianos. Appointments are highly recommended. This gives you priority status and best selection. All sales are on a first-come-first-serve basis. The sale will take place in the Stephens Performing Arts Center.

As budgetary resources shrink, the importance of this program increases. Having quality instruments is essential to provide the best education for our students. With this in mind we invite you to consider the purchase of one of these fine pianos.

Sincerely,

Dr. Randy Earles, Chair
Department of Music
