New BofA P-card Cardholder Activity Stmt Report has been created for your use

ISU’s P-card implementation team has created a new Cardholder Activity Statement Report in the Bank of America Works system. This report can be used by the cardholder or proxy reconciler to obtain a list of P-card purchases, similar to the monthly statements that were available in the old system. After the cardholder or proxy reconciler has completed the signoff activities by inputting the necessary “GL information” (the index code, expense account code and description) then the Activity Statement Report can be printed out to log the purchases (Note: You may have to wait 10-15 minutes before printing to allow the Works system to update the information.) It is recommended that you print out the report and attach the P-card purchase receipts and other documents concerning the purchase to it. The report and attached documentation should then be given to the P-card Approver to review before he/she completes the electronic approval in the Works system. The approver should then sign the paper copy of the report and return it to the cardholder/reconciler, where it should be kept as a permanent record. The design of the B of A system will not allow the approver to print this report on behalf of a cardholder. Therefore, the approver will need to ask the cardholder or proxy reconciler to do so.
