Persons with type 2 diabetes who have never used insulin may be interested in a research trial at the Clinical Research Center. People need to be age 50+, have never used insulin and have a history of previous heart attack, stroke, stents, or peripheral artery disease. Participants will be reimbursed for volunteered time.
