Paul Zmolek is a master teacher with over 30 years of professional experience in classical, contemporary and traditional dance and interdisciplinary, cross-cultural performing arts.  Highlights of his performing career include creating title roles for the world premiere of three ballets by Frank Zappa as well as roles in works by Paul Taylor and Anna Sokolow.  This class will draw upon Paul’s extensive training in contemporary ballet with Alonzo King, Balanchine technique with NYCB principal dancer Sally Streets, Diaghilev-based work with the Oakland Ballet, and Shanghai Opera House principal dancer Lily Cai’s unique synthesis of Russian and Chinese Classical techniques.
