Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS)
The TEAS tests will take place in May, June, July, August and September of 2008 at ISU-Boise. There are only 20 seats available for each test. Therefore, we recommend you reserve your seat as soon as possible. You must reserve your place for the test by calling (208) 373-1785. Reservation deadlines are listed below:
May 21, check-in at 8:30, test begins at 9 am DEADLINE: May 14
June 12, check-in at 12:30, test begins at 1 pm DEADLINE: June 5
July 9 , check-in at 8:30, test begins at 9 am DEADLINE: July 2
August 14 , check-in at 12:30, test begins at 1 pm DEADLINE: August 7
September 5, check-in at 8:30, test begins at 9 am DEADLINE: August 28
This 4-part assessment consists of subtests for Reading, Mathematics, Science, and English (in that order only) with a total testing time of three hours and thirty minutes. Study guides are not required, but are available from www.atitesting.com.
The test will be administered by ISU-Boise located at 12301 W Explorer Drive, Suite 102, Boise, ID 83713. (Actual test location is the Bridger Computer Lab, next door to the main building on Explorer Drive). Payment must be paid prior to taking the test by check or cash. We are unable to take credit card payments. Checks should be made payable to ISU in the amount of $45. You will need to bring a photo ID to check in. ISU-Boise is located at 12301 W. Explorer Drive, Ste., 102, Boise, Idaho 83713.

Please also note: a background investigation is required as part of the application process, and carries an additional $45 fee. If you would like to begin the paperwork when you come to campus, please bring the fee payment, and your drivers license or other state issued ID.
