Doug Smith, a 51-year-old ACA and former addict, is the focus of this program. As part of his treatment, Doug is lead to examine his early life and the years leading up to his drug abuse. The secrecy and shame surrounding his father's drunkenness and the anger and frustration of his mother filled him with feelings of guilt and worthlessness.
