Veteran Transfer Information
If you are pursuing the same program of study from your previous college, you may change your place of training without restriction provided your progress and conduct are satisfactory, and the transfer can be made without substantial loss of credit.
Apply for admission to Idaho State University as a degree seeking student. You are responsible to have official transcripts mailed to the Admission Office for an evaluation of transfer courses. Their mailing address is: Idaho State University, Office of Admissions, PO Box 8270, Pocatello, ID 83209.

A Change of Place of Training form can be picked up and submitted to the Veterans Coordinator at Idaho State University. Or you may download, print, and submit one of the following VA forms to the Veterans Coordinator at Idaho State University.
Change of Place of Training and/or Change of Program Form (Chapter 30 - Active Duty, Chapter 1606 - Guard or Reserve, Chapter 1607- REAp: VA Form 22-1995 (Must have Adobe Acrobat Reader).
