Veteran Prospective Students
In order to qualify for veterans' educational benefits, you must be admitted to Idaho State University as a degree seeking student. Your Application for Veterans Educational Benefits (VA Form 22-1990) will be processed after you have been admitted. - Print the application, fill it out, and submit it to the Idaho State University's Veterans Coordinator.
- If you were an active duty veteran, you will need to submit a copy of your DD 214 (Member 4).
- If you are in the guard/reserve, you will need to submit a Notice of Basic Eligibility Form NOBE). You can obtain a NOBE form from the educational officer at your unit
- If you were on active duty on or after September 11, 2001 under title 10, U.S.C. through a reserve component, you will need to submit a copy of your DD214 (member 4) and copies of all of your order.
