I’m aware of the Office of the Registrar’s new special needs reporting policy and would like to submit a request for special needs reporting.
Special Needs Reporting Policy
Be aware, for the duration of the Banner (TIGERi ERP) Student module implementation, special report requests or modifications to processing in the Legacy Student Information system, previously submitted to Jeanie Potter, from this time forward will be subject to review by the Registrar and the Enrollment Management Division.
Requests for accreditation reports or those which have requirements for historical and/or trend information should be submitted to the Office of Institutional Research, phone: 282-5482.
In the Office of the Registrar, the role of the IT Analyst has been re-defined to more closely align with the initiatives required for the successful implementation of the Banner (TIGERi ERP) Student module. With that in mind, requests will be prioritized and approved or denied according to the following criteria:
- Run of an existing report requiring no modification
- Modify and run an existing report which has been defined as critical in delivery of services
- Create and run a newly defined report based on a clearly defined and justified need
Note related to 2 & 3 above: Requests for reports which would require changes or additions to current information in the Legacy Student Information system will not be approved unless mandated federal and/or state requirements have been determined.
