We can help you discover the College of Technology!

We invite you to visit us on campus! A campus visit is the best way for you and your family to learn about our programs, services, and the ISU College of Technology campus community. Tours and program shadows are designed to allow perspective students the opportunity to visit programs of interest, meet instructors, and obtain specific program information.

Program Tours

Program Tours are offered Monday through Friday when classes are in session. Advance notice is preferred but walk in students will be accommodated when possible. A visit typically lasts thirty minutes per program. With advance notice, visitors may arrange to have lunch with an instructor or current student from a selected program. Schedule a Program Tour.

Program Shadows

If you want an in-depth look into the classes and lab work offered in our programs, we encourage you to participate in a Program Shadow. Shadows may range from 2 hours to a full day spent in a specific program. These visits require at least two weeks notice. Overnight accommodations may be made available if you are coming for a program shadow. Schedule a Program Shadow.

Group Tours

Group Tours for high schools and other organizations are offered Thursday mornings when classes are in session. These tours are designed for high school career classes or specific groups whose curriculum or program will be enhanced by having expanded knowledge of technical education. Tour participants will be given an overview of the College of Technology and Idaho State University prior to touring previously selected programs. Tours of programs housed off the main campus require additional plans and do not include transportation. Schedule a Group Tour.

Take advantage of one of our tour programs and experience firsthand what is waiting for you!
