Animal Request Procedure

 

Animal orders will only be honored with approved animal protocol. (See forms or protocols)

Procedure for submitting request to Animal Care Facility:

  1. Download and complete order form.
    1. Include approved protocol number.
    2. Include date, time and room number for lab.
  2. Email form to anmlcare@isu.edu
  3. Question can be directed to Animal Facilities Manager x3895
