22: September’s monthly interactive group discussion will take place on at 7:00 PM in the Anderson Center Library.  The topic of discussion is “How to Be a Man” presented by Dr. John Dickey.  Come see if you measure up.

7: In honor of October being Domestic Violence Awareness Month the group will be co-sponsoring an interactive event called “Walk a Mile in Her Shoes” this will provide men with the opportunity to walk a mile in a women shoes to help support victims of domestic violence.  Look for additional events sponsored by the Anderson Center, Project Hope, and the M.E.N.’s Group. 

8-9: Working with Men Workshop is a FREE workshop to involve those interested in helping make a stand against violence.  This workshop will be informative and knowledgeable.  Brian Pahl from Western Washington University is coming to share with workshop participants in how his program started and has become a success.  This workshop is for those interested in starting a group of their own, for those with existing programs, and for anyone interested in becoming part of the solution to end violence.  We encourage anyone who is interested to contact us for more information.
