Stefanie Pemper, Basketball, 1988-92

Stefanie Pemper played basketball for ISU for four seasons. A two-time All-Big Sky Academic selection and a two-time Honorable Mention All-Big Sky pick, she holds ISU career records in free throw percentage (.836), three-point percentage (.426) and assist-to-turnover ratio (1.23-1). She ranks among the career Top 10 at Idaho State in three-point field goals, scoring, filed goal percentage, games played, assists and assist average. She ranks among the ISU Top 10 in single season assist-to-turnover ratio twice, assists twice, assist average twice, three-pointers twice and three-point percentage twice, including the all-time record of .500, going 43 for 86 in 1990-91. Pemper also holds the single-game record for three-point percentage, going 7-for-7 against Southern Utah in 1990. She also holds the school record with 10 consecutive three-pointers made. She is the head women's basketball coach at Bowdoin College. From 200 to 2003, she had a coaching record of 73-13, and in 2002 made it to the NCAA Division III Elite Eight, and was ranked No. 2 in the nation.
