Professional Achievement Awards

Overview

The Professional Achievement Award is presented to alumni of Idaho State University in recognition of significant professional achievement in a specific field or endeavor.

Nine Professional Achievement Awards are given each spring at Idaho State University's Commencement: College of Arts and Sciences – Social Sciences, College of Arts and Sciences – Arts & Humanities, College of Arts and Sciences – Natural Sciences, College of Business, College of Engineering, Kasiska College of Health Professions, College of Pharmacy and College of Technology. Individuals selected for the Professional Achievement Award must have left school at least 10 years ago.

Each nominee is evaluated and ranked by members of the respective College's or department's selection committee. The committee's composition is as follows:
