Golden and Silver Bengals are invited back to Idaho State University each year for Commencement. Upon their arrival on campus, several tours are provided to locations and areas of interest selected in advance by the alumni themselves. They are honored with an evening reception and recognition ceremony. Connecting these alumni back to their university is enhanced by their participation in the annual Senior Salute- March Through the Arch at Swanson Arch, the Friday prior to Commencement.

These special alumni are part of all colleges and divisions year-end recognition events, receptions and dinners. They are also special guests at the Commencement ceremony in Holt Arena and recognized by the President of the Idaho State University Alumni Association Board of Directors in the address delivered at Commencement.
