New Freshmen

STUDENTS GRADUATING FROM HIGH SCHOOL PRIOR TO MAY 1989

Students graduating from high school prior to May 1989 who are seeking a degree at ISU are required to submit the following documents to the Office of Admissions:

1. Application for Admission;
2. Application Fee ($20, non-refundable);
3. A complete, final, official high school transcript listing all courses taken, grades, and date of graduation should be sent directly form the high school records office to the Office of Admissions.
4. Students 21 or older are not required to take the ACT/SAT exams but must take the Math and English Computerized Placement Exams to determine appropriate placement into Math and English writing classes.

   NOTE: Idaho State University reserves the right to NOT accept students graduating from high school who have completed a remedial oriented course of study. Students must demonstrate reasonable ability to be successful in a college level curriculum.
