Fall Semester 2003

August 20-22........New Student Orientation
August 22...........DISENROLLMENT at 5:00 p.m. for students who have not paid fees
August 25...........FALL CLASSES BEGIN 
                    Last day to pay fees to avoid $20 LATE FEE
August 29...........Last day to Add/Drop 1st Eight-Week courses
September 1.........Labor Day Holiday (No Classes)
September 8.........Last day to Register, Add/Drop, Change Section, or Audit Full Semester courses
                    Last day for a Dropped Course to NOT Appear on Transcript
                    FEE Deadline: Must be PAID IN FULL to avoid $50 LATE FEE
                    Special Registration Petition required for registration after this date
                    Seniors: Last day to file "December Graduation Application"
                    Last day to file for Health Insurance refund
September 19........Last day to WITHDRAW from 1st Eight-Week courses 
                    "W" will appear on transcript 
October 20..........2nd Eight-Week courses BEGIN
                    Mid-Term GRADES are due
October 24..........Last day to Add/Drop 2nd Eight-Week courses
November 7..........Pre-Registration for Spring & Summer sessions begins

November 14.........Last day to completely WITHDRAW from Full Semester and 2nd Eight-Week courses
                    "W" will appear on transcript 
November 24-28......Thanksgiving Holiday (No Classes)
December 5..........Last day to WITHDRAW from school
December 6-12.......Closed Week
December 13-19......FINAL EXAMINATIONS

Spring Semester 2004

2nd day of Class....Last day to register, add classes, or change sections 
                    Last day for a Dropped Course to NOT Appear on Transcript

Workshops start no earlier than May 17 and end no later than August 6.

May 17 - June 24      Early 6-Week Courses
May 17 - July 8       Early 8-Week Courses

May 24 - July 15....All Courses (with exception of Cosmetology)
June 7 - July 30....Cosmetology Program

Summer Semester bills are mailed weekly. FEES must be PAID by the FRIDAY before class starts, 
whether or not a bill has been received.
Summer Semester Registration and Records office hours are M-F from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and on Monday evenings until 5:30 p.m.
