Instructional Technology Resource Center The ITRC provides faculty with instructional strategies for online and traditional course development which includes multimedia and other emerging technologies. Distance Learning Office This office works with faculty and staff to provide an active distance learning program so that ISU may honor a  commitment to provide high-quality educational programs statewide.  Distance learning is provided through compressed video, Internet, cable and broadcast television.
