Dean Evaluation Form - DUE April 25, 2008
Each year I conduct a performance appraisal (annual evaluation) of the deans that report to me. Each dean completes a self-evaluation of his or her progress in meeting the goals set the previous year. In order to broaden the information considered in this process, I am asking faculty and staff in each college or other academic administrative unit to complete the survey for the dean of their own college/administrative unit. It should take just a few minutes to complete and only aggregate data will be shared with the dean being evaluated. The survey is completely anonymous. Thank you for your assistance in this important process.
