Silvia Herrera

Silvia Herrera grew up in Dolores Hidalgo, Mexico.  

She moved to Southeast Idaho with her family in the early 1990s.

Silvia has been with HHP since 1997.

Silvia is an expert ethnographic interviewer and health promoter.

She visits with families in their homes where she discusses health topics and is able to refer people to other community resources.

She's in charge of documenting all the information in the data base for when we need a report.

Silvia teaches the healthy cooking class that the HHP have once a month where they cook traditional meals in a more healthy manner.
